Rooms were quite spacious compared to the hotel in Tokyo. And that’s with 2 big luggages opened on the floor. Amenities were great, the laundry room was on the 5th flr where our rooms were, how convenient was that! Staff were very helpful with all smiles. It was a 7 minute walk from the Osaka station, 24/7 convenience stores every 2 blocks. It is so close to everything. Just don’t get confused with the Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka Station. Shin-Osaka Station is a 9 minute taxi ride away.

I asked for vegetarian breakfast in advance. There was some communication back and forth for my special need. The hotel staff is great during the process.

The hotel room was big (considering Japanese hotel conditions) and comfortable. It was one of very few hotels in which we could open a window.

They provide housekeeping every day, and the rooms are kept very clean. Fresh towels, slippers, and night clothes are provided daily. The hotel is closer to the Osaka-Umeda shopping area than I expected.

It is really good value for money. You don’t spend much money, but stay in a spacious room located in downtown. Within walking distance, get access to all the malls, restaurants in Umeda. I enjoyed the stay a lot, highly recommended.

Reasonably close to the station. Easy to navigate to via the underground mall tunnels from Osaka/Umeda Station (it will take much longer if you travel above ground). Nice reception area and friendly, helpful staff. Room size was adequate, and facilities were all clean. Overall good stay.
